I don’t remember how many Corvettes I have had over the years, but it’s several. For many years I went back and forth between sports cars and sedans.

In addition to my current C8 I have owned a 2015, 1996, 1992, 1984 Corvette and probably others before that. In addition, I owned a Datsun 240, a 260, a 280 and a Volvo P1800. Of all the sports cars I have owned I like my C8 the best…although it could use more storage space.

I am very far from being a race driver, but it seemed to me that Corvettes of the past were more muscle cars in the sense that the back end really wanted to lead when you made any sort of sharp maneuver. The first one I owned that really felt like a sports car was my 1996 which had more control and less muscle.
