A NO HOST RUN by “SLO” Roe and Miami Vice

Due to circumstances beyond our control Thursday’s V&C run will have the following changes. Instead of breakfast in Milford at Penny’s Diner we will have breakfast at the Side Car Cafe.

Following breakfast we will run north to Minersville, Ut on Utah 130 out of Enoch. Then we will cruise east on Utah 21 to Beaver where we will have ice cream, squeaky cheese, and / or cheese curds at the famous Creamery dairy, Est. 1952.

The new drive will still take us on the same scenic two-lane blacktops as we planned at first. The run will end at the Creamery so you can spend as much time as you want checking things out. It has a lot of neat stuff to tempt you.

The parking lot is PAVED and lined. This place has it all! There are patio tables with shade umbrellas outside where you can slurp your ice cream or munch your squeaky cheese. The Creamery is right next to the Super Slab, when you are ready you can jump on it and run home when you wish.

• Meet: 10:00 a.m. @ SIDECAR CAFE, route 7 Southern Parkway at Desert Canyon exit 6
• Stage 1: Caffeine time at the SIDECAR CAFE
• Stage 2: Run to the Creamery, 165 S 500 W Beaver
• Miles: Approximately 220 miles round trip
